Spinach Mango Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

 




INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup chopped mango, frozen
- 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1/4 cup of water
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds Optional
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts hulled hemp seeds
- 1 ripe banana, frozen


HOW TO MAKE

 Blend all ingredients in a conventional or high-powered blender

Note : For a nut free option, substitute the almond milk with a certified nut free oat milk, rice milk, hemp milk, soy milk, or coconut milk.
