INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. sundried tomato, ((chopped))
1 oz. low-fat mozzarella
1 artichoke heart ((from a can))
1 chicken breast
5 large basil leaves
Step 1: Set the oven temperature to 365 F. (185 C).
Step 2: To make a pocket for the filling, cut a lengthwise slit about midway up the chicken breast.
Cut the mozzarella, artichokes, basil, tomatoes, and garlic into small pieces. To mingle, blend.
Step 4: Insert the mixture into the pocket you made in the chicken breast.
Step 5: Seal the chicken breast around the stuffing with a few toothpicks.
Step 6: Sprinkle pepper, curry powder, and paprika over the chicken breast before placing it on a baking sheet or a piece of aluminum foil.
Step 7: Bake something for around 20 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken breast).
Step 8: Discard toothpicks and plate food
